I was not expecting to be tested on computer programing, when the position I had applied for was entry level and didn't include programing. It was a bit unnerving, but similar to the personality test I just went through it and got it over with.
Personally, the most difficult question was in a more Behavioral-based interview where I was asked how I reacted to a certain situation and might have felt slighted. After answering the question honestly, there was a bit of a drill down for a more desirable answer.
