The questions weren't hard, but The Challenge required applicants to be comfortable with statistical analysis.
I was asked a number of brain teaser questions, some logic and sorting puzzles, and your typical consulting type scoping question. Most interviews were pretty relaxed except for the last one with the president, which was fairly intense.
