They asked questions that follow the STAR method....the most annoying and baseless ones of all. "Tell me about a time when"..... They did seem to be very interested in making sure that my experience and my personality would align well with the company and the position they were trying to fill.

The questions were quite easy until I was asked if the recruiter had explained the job description to me. I said yes because I thought she had, but as it turns out, what the recruiter described was completely different from what the executive director was describing. The recruiter positioned the job as liason between clients and staff and the executive director was looking for a nursing staff recruiter.
When was a time you handled a large amount of data and analyzed it?
The hardest question was regarding what to do if someone is having issues with their desk phone. Having never worked in a technology environment i was unaware of a Telecommunications team.
