How can you help the company?
I was asked several questions and given a few scenarios much like what was asked during the On-demand video interview I completed. One of the questions was: Depending on what role I play in the store would I be willing to be flexible when scheduled? (hours willing to work) Note* Not all employees have a set schedule it just depends on the role ie. retail fulfillment associate
What kind of salary was I looking to make?
Did I have any breathing difficulties as the work was in a flour mill?
Was I able to lift heavy loads.
