Describe a time when you experienced someone else doing something unethical.
Questions were very general / generic and I was allowed to relate my prior claims handling experiences (with a different line of business) to scenarios involving accident and health supplemental insurance products / claims. I had no prior experience handling these types of claims but that did not dissuade management from offering me the job anyway.
In your previous employment , what was your companies projected profits and how did you come to learn it.
Have you worked in a production environment before?
Name a time when you dealt with an upset customer and how did you handle it.
