The first interviewer (TL) spent 30 minutes talking about the role and 10 min with one question: The only question was : Go through your CV. The second interviewer ( Manager) asked only : What do you you want to know about us? Ask any question. It looked liked they already had the person for the role and was just passing time.It was not professional at all.
