The most difficult piece of the process for me was the sample case scenario I was asked to write how I would handle the situation. Having no actual experience working with elders and not having any firsthand experience with available resources I wasn't confident about my response. It was helpful that that was the last piece of the process so I wasn't subjected to a critique.

Face to face interview- Basic interview questions ie. What would your previous supervisor say your strengths are? Why did you apply for the position? What was your primary role at (previous position)? Why are you interested in leaving your current position? What experience do you have with our target population?
