They basicly focus on crisis moments and how you react them. Which I believe is not always a great way to seize for talent and qualification.
Many of the questions made it seem the interviewer had not read my resume, i.e. give me an example of a global campaign you've run....my resume is clear in stating that I've not had any global experience.
