I didn't run into any unexpected or difficult questions. I only made it to the 2nd interview. Perhaps the tricky questions would have come during the 3rd.

Most unexpected question for me was "why don't you go work for Salesforce?" ( I was asked this because I have extensive background with this one system). But everything went well, people were nice and the atmosphere in the room was casual and friendly.

They asked about how I would approach improving data quality across multiple teams, particularly when ownership of data sits outside the data function. They were interested in how I handle resistance and build alignment.
Awkward call from the beginning, HR asked if I would be more interested in another position that I had not reviewed. Interviewer was very condescending and unfamiliar with the job functions, only aware of her prepared script.
