I could select several but for me the most important one is the "Why", why you want that job, that shows the motivation, the dedication you'll put to if you join the team, a true and honest reason on this one will for sure score a lot of points. Then is all about being prepared for the ones related to your experience, the role you're applying, etc..
Project: The project seemed very important and helped create follow-up questions related to functional experience Star questions related to 3 company values: e.g. "could you describe a time that you questioned assumptions for a project that lead to positive change?" Behavioral questions: e.g. "tell me about a time you received feedback that surprised you, and how you handled it."
Very basic screening questions. Not very engaging
