Business Development Manager Interview Questions

Business Development Manager Interview Questions

Question 1

Domanda 1: Come descriveresti il tuo stile manageriale e comunicativo?

How to answer
Question 2

Domanda 2: Come fai a misurare il successo?

How to answer
Question 3

How to answer

First interview was basic stuff about my background. Very conversational, a lot of laughs actually. Mostly just getting to know you. Second was still very conversational, but did have some more "nuts and bolts" to it. Went through a mock sales call.

They asked about the metrics in my previous role, it was a sales role as well. They asked why I wanted to work for CFS? What had I heard about the company? Why was I drawn to recruiting? They also wanted me to elaborate on my previous positions in a great deal of depth. They also had me complete the PEAC Assessment, a personality quiz designed specifically for the recruiting field. I had some experience with psychometrics and this test wasn't designed nor administered by professionals. I would never again work for a company that relies on the PEAC Assessment as this indicates that the company is run by people who lack knowledge in the field of psychology and were easily sold on a foolish, unproven testing tool.
