The first part of the interview was specific, position related questions. They were pretty basic questions, just making sure you know your stuff. Most of it was small talk and them explain the position to me. Since I had experience and was still employed, most of them asked why I would leave my current company and what I could bring to Rush.
How would I retrieve the information a pharmacist wants from a hospital one of your patients visited? What is the most notable thing you've done at work where you went out of your way etc?
