3.2 Case Study - Review & Ratings A recent survey conducted by Purplle surfaced an insight that the majority of women take purchase decisions for new products based on reviews and ratings of the product. What women generally look for in reviews 1) Reviews for specific aspects of the product (example - will this kajal irritate my eyes) 2) Reviews by people with similar beauty persona (how has this shampoo worked on people with dry hair or how is this lipstick reviewed by people with my skin tone) 3) The authenticity of the platform, user (shouldn't be fake or paid) and hence the overall trust factor and recency of the review. Given the following insights. Please come up with a plan for 1) Basic wireframe & representation of the reviews & rating module. What featured should it have. 2) How do you ensure that there are no fake reviews for the products written by brands or sellers to boost the avg rating? 3) How can you make the plentiful reviews more consumable for the user? An assumption is that nobody is going to read all 400 reviews. You are expected to present your cases in a short and crisp PPT or PDF format
