How would you deal with a difficult patron?
Questions asked regarding how I handle changes in my work environment were something of a red flag. Further inquiries suggested recent changes within the company such as a recent "no music" policy and changes in their paid-time-off policies. Meetings with the staff suggested that these were not easy changes to accept.
What would you change about the library?
