Typical interview questions. Tell me about yourself, explain your HR philosophy, give me an example of one time when you really messed something up, how did you fix it
What was your last job experience like?
Can't remember anything unusual or difficult
Spent considerable time relating my experience to the company culture.
The interview questions were scenarios based and very specific. I answered all the questions intelligently and felt the interview went well. However, the interview was one-sides as I was not given an opportunity to ask any follow-up questions because they had another candidate waiting to be interviewed. I never heard from anyone after the interview to let me know the next steps in the hiring process, although I had sent a thank you letter and called a few days later to follow-up. Overall, bad interview process and left a bad impression. I would not recommend this company.
They show you from a distance a random matrix organizational/project management chart and attempt to assess your understanding as they attempt to explain it.
I do not remember the questions however they did include some behavioral based questions. It was really an interview session to see how I would fit it with the culture.
Typical questions were asked. What do you know about the Chamber. What is your greatest strength? weakness? Tell me about a time when you had to use your common sense. Tell me about a work experience where you had to be flexible. What has disappointed you about a job?
Why should we hire you? What would other employers say about you?
