Many of the questions asked are situational. i.e. "Tell me about a time when..." type questions. Definitely recommend having a handful of STAR method scenarios at hand to be able to successfully answer any of the questions they ask.
Tell me about a time you overcame an obstacle
They asked me to critique some of their creative (advertisements). They asked me when I had to rise above and handle a difficult situation that was outside my expertise/career level. They asked me to describe a time that I had not achieved a desired outcome.
