Tell me of a time when a coworker refused to work with you. The interviewer then went into an odd unnaccounced role play scenario acting like a beligerant staff member and only said "no" to every response given.
The only interview was for my current role and it was more of an informal discussion.

What do you think are the most challenging parts of the role you are interviewing for?
Unfortunately, the level of interviewers varied. Some were able to have a normal human conversation while others were reading questions from the screen. Example of questions: what are your strength, weaknesses and 10 year life plans. It is unclear what and how this information was processed but clearly indicated the level of the job was misrepresented to me. I would not expect a director level person be asked these personal questions.
