Unfortunately I cannot remember the actual questions asked in the interview, however, we had around 4/5 competency based questions. We also had a lot of questions about my current role and the tasks I complete within my current role.

Its a good amount of scenario based questioning which makes it hard to give a precise question. Just know what you have been studying and it apply your knowledge.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years
Everything is based on customer service and how you've overcome adversity throughout your life and/or career. If your passionate about those two things, you will be loved and passed through very quickly. Think of a very tough situation you had gone through and explain how you overcame/suceeded from that situation. They will eat it up.
