All of the questions were very simple and about my experience. Nothing like "what is customer service" or anything like that. It was very comfortable. The preliminary phone interview consisted of "go through your resume for me and tell me a little bit about that."

I do not recall any difficult or unexpected questions. Everything was straight-forward.
Rapidly changing management creates questionable standards
Question about specific situation or problem could be face it in the work or with co-worker belong to the position that you apply.
There were none.
What are your strengths?
What is your management style?
Can you work independently?
Many of the questions involved relocation.
