I put "no" on "did you get an offer" because there is no option for "I've been waiting 5 months and have not received an offer or a rejection yet......."
The questions were not difficult. What was difficult was making a connection to the interviewer that would open the door to a more comfortable interview session. If you can't make that connection, chances are good that you won't get a positive review.

None. The interviewer had made up her mind before even asking me how I was doing.
For the on-site interviews, P&G uses specific frameworks which the HR will inform you of in advance. In a nutshell: - The interviewer will ask situational questions such as "Tell me a time when... You took the lead on a project" or "Tell me a time when... You had an internal conflict and how you resolved it" - The interviewee will need to answer following the CAR model: Context, Action, Results.
