My leadership skills were tested by putting into situational questions. In HR round, mainstream questions were asked related to how have I handled situations in the past and how have I showed leadership skills.

How would you deal with a manager who is underperforming
I was not expecting the last years inventories numbers and I was so nervous that I gave my old departments numbers for the total store. I did not expect this question because I was in the fresh area and they inventory monthly.
