I honestly can't recall a difficult or unexpected question. Very standard questions like "Where is an example where you lead groups of people?", "When did you fail and how did you learn or overcome it?", "How have you improved processes or been innovative?"

1. Tell me about a time you took charge of something outside your area of responsibility. 2. Tell me about a time you needed to motivate your team. How did you do it? 3. Tell me about a time you didn't have enough facts/numbers, but needed to make a quick decision. What happened?
