Also I dind't want to answer to this question as too personal, but she (brutally) insisted saying me that she couldn't go on without an answer. So I answered. Then she asked: What is your salary expectation? And I answered: the right one for my profile and for the level of responsibility involved in this position. But she insisted, I need a number. What a nightmare, I thought, so I answered the following: considering than in US this company pays this position $...and she suddenly interrupted me again saying that she didn't know how much the company was paying an american employee and that she was not interested in listening those considerations, and invited me just to tell her a number! Oh my god I thought, what am I doing here?! So I asked her which was the company's offer, as I considered quicker for deciding to countinue or to quit the process. Then I said that I was not interested.
