After a basic screening interview with HR, I was asked to do work on a data analysis challenge and present it to technical staff and managers. Later I was interviewed by some business manager. Finally, over Skype one last interview with the technical director.

Four personal experience interviews over around two months, each one with someone higher up in the hierarchy. Interviewers (specially later ones) focused on the company's hostile environment and low-ish salaries, probably to gauge how enthusiastic the candidate is about the company. The interviewing process itself was fine, but HR took around two months after the last interview to give a final answer, ignoring my emails during that time, which seemed a little unprofessional.
