Be prepared to perform a task in your technology or professional area, whether a brief programming exercise or an analysis exercise. Allied will pass on all the information they have, but it's up to you to prove your knowledge.

The VP mostly let me ask questions about the company, and I'm sure he was learning about me by the questions I asked. A very modern, thoughtful approach. The coding question was bouncing around an array, using recursion. IIRC, you would go to an index, take the value at that index, and go left or right that many places. Repeat until you go out of bounds.
