How would you assess the organization?
There were no difficult questions. It was unusual that they wanted to get to know ME - example where I was from, family, school etc.
Most questions were behavioral based and posed by the client. None of the questions were ones that I haven't encountered in other interview situation. Standard and current interview questions.
Situational questions - explained a mock scenario and asked what I would do to start digging in and finding out where an area is falling short.
