what makes you a good fit for this organization?
unknown since I did not go through the interview process. The company in hiring goes from hiring on a temp to perm basis through an agency to later placing ads in newspapers and job boards hiring directly and then back to using agencies.
Questions were the standard ones but you are asked three times by three people back to back.
What is the largest account you were responsible for?
Tell me about yourself?
How would you handle a situation where two people required assistance at the same time.
Years of experience and use of their operating system.
