They ask a lot of behavioral questions. "Tell me about a time you..." The company coaches interviewing teams that they should ask behavioral questions and even gives them some in advance to ask. So if you do want to work here (I would advise you strongly against it), make sure to prep yourself by spending some time thinking through your recent work history and just re-familiarizing yourself with big success, failures, challenging moments, etc.
