The interview process was broken down into two steps (2 separate interviews). First time I simply walked in and chatted regularly with my manager and a future co-worker. It was very relaxed and they didn't ask technical questions at all. All they wanted to do was get to know me, my history, my goals, my plans, and preferences.
To me it seemed that a lot of the questions were not so relevant to the job itself but more of a personality test to see if you will be a pushover or have a strong personality. It seems that they are looking for the former which is unfortunate. The company seems very disorganised without proper communication tools.

Small algorithmic question (FizzBuzz) and a harder one after. The preferred language was Phyton or PHP, but Java was also possible.
