There wasn't one. There were only 2 questions asked. The first was what do I know about trucking? The second was asking about where I lived. I felt this was a very unprofessional interview, it lasted about 12 minutes total and I had to wait 40 minutes past the scheduled time because they were "finishing up lunch".

Describe a time you had to defend a policy you didn't support.
Some questions required some thought, but none were difficult. Interviews were stimulating and enabled me to get a "read" on environment of the job.
