Xylem Continuous Improvement interview questions

Worked with recruiter. Very respectful, but was slow to get back to me. Brought in for on-site interview and it was more of a walk around. Phone screener did not know much about the role. When brought in for on-site interview I was asked to identify waste opportunities and it was a little juvenile.
