World Food Programme Strategic Partnership Officer interview questions

Got on an interview upon recommendation from a friend working there - no job description was provided. Interviewers were late, discussed work matters among themselves at the beginning of the interview. Gave a brief presentation of the organization's key objectives over the next years. Only asked one question - "what can you contribute?". Never got back to me following the interview.
