Interview was a mix of competency based and technical questions. Interview was online and there were 4 panel members. No HR representative, just the oprations. The panel members were very well prepared and created a very positiove and encouraging atmosphere.

Interviewers were kind but they never give feedback. They just ghost you without valuing your time. Questions asked are from the JD and if you have prepared well you get them right. However sometimes it feels like the interviews are just for formality.
