Wipro Technical Lead interview questions

Hiring took almost 6 months. Interview included Phone , in person and HR Round. The questions pertained to type of projects , your role and specialisation. Broadly a discussion on the work you may have done.1st round is on phone and basically is for technical , 2nd round is business process round and last round is HR round.

Process was part of a client based vendor change , so did not go through any job related interview , There was an interview with delivery manager and detailed about the projects I have done and technical skill sets HR level interview was there for designation and compensation discussion , based on demand of profile there are good reasons to get a good catch for both
