Walmart Team Leader interview questions

Disorganized, chaotic environment, high turnover store with short staffing. This isn't the place to start a career in retail. It's very physically intensive. Time is spent mostly maintain the store and putting merchandise back.

Received a phone call after I applied online. I met with the area Coach and Store Manager at store the next day. We went into a semi-private room where they sat in chairs opposite from me. Very informal style, but they had pen and paper to take notes. It was likely a uniform interview form with set questions and space for their notes and recommendations.
