Interview

Interviewed with three managers, separately. They all pretty much asked the same two questions. The interview rotated from one manager to the next. Then you are told to wait so they can discuss your interview with one another. They let us know their decision to hire on the same day.

It was kind of difficult because my interviewer was on holidays. So they just found another person at random to do the interview. Then I had to answer Sinerios about past job experiences. Then they just told me to check my email for a response.

Lengthy questions and group intwrview. They want applicants to do the walmart cheer. They hire large groups to weed through applicants.i did not think tgis process was effective nor do i think it is anything but busy work for their current employees.
