The second round involved a short “floor test” where I had to greet real customers and fold clothes under pressure. Everyone was polite, but communication afterward was slow; it took nearly two weeks to hear back. Overall, the experience was a blend of friendly energy and a bit of chaos—pretty much what I’d expect from retail, honestly.

Submitted an online application with a resume and cover letter through workday. 1 behavioural interview with the sales manager. Got the offer the next day and started working that week.
I worked here a few years ago. The interview was exactly how a textbook interview is. They asked why I wanted to work there? What were my career goals? The interviewer was extremely nice, I was young and didn’t have much experience with interviews it definitely set my standards and since I haven’t had any interviews that I consider difficult.
