My interview experience at Walmart Sourcing was highly disappointing. I was asked how to do projections for the next year, which seemed reasonable at first. However, the manager began asking detailed questions, including how to tell a seller is a branded seller. only to reveal that she was unfamiliar with commonly used industry terms.
At the interview, the manager avoided answering my questions about the job description, merely stating that more information would be provided if there was a next round. I am not sure she is either unwilling to or unable to provide more detail. This made me question whether she understood the role at all.
It felt as though the hiring process was being used to have candidates do work for her without any intention of providing clarity or moving forward with the hiring process.
I would advise others to be cautious when considering opportunities with this company.

The person interviewing me took me back on time. They were very professional and asked a lot of the questions that I expected. They explained a lot about the company and what they were looking for. The person was very open to answering all of my questions.
