The interview process was pretty typical for this kind of establishment. Since I had applied for an associate level position the interview ended up being pretty barebones and basic. I was not asked too many questions. All the questions that were asked could be answered in ten words or less
Phone interview and then asked to come in for in person interview. The hiring manager asked typical interview questions. Why do you want to work here? And asked bout scheduling availability,
Un proceso muy extenso ya que son más de 4 entrevistas, por lo que se invierte tiempo, se muestran interesados y dicen que te daran una respuesta por si o por si no pero se caen al no avisar si te rechazan.

The interview was fine but you definitely get the big box store vibe. It was a bit rushed through, I could tell the manager was going through the motions but I also don’t necessarily expect anything more.
