Applied to the job online, Got a response email several days later. Went in person for an interview. It lasted about ten minutes and mostly involved questions of previous experience in this work and hours available.

Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
