Straight forward process. Interviewed with team lead. He asked me a few questions, mostly about experience and if I think I can do the job. Lasted about 15 minutes. Received an offer at the end of the interview.
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.
