Easy to get hired. Come in with good attitude and willingness to help customers. This gets you far as Walmart is big on the customer being right and serving the customer. Also, be a team player who is Gerry Ada payable to change and using technology.

Its very easy, just basic questions. One should know there strengths and be a good communicator. They will ask about your availability, communication style and how you resolve issues and work ethics

Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
