I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview was held by a Karat company. A brief 5-minute introduction (tell me about yourself thing), followed by some theoretical questions. They give a choice of two topics for the theory that you feel the most comfortable with, each topic has three questions, and next is a live coding part.

Question 1
The practical coding part is in the Karat website environment, I wasn't in time to finish even one problem even though I don't think it was hard. It looked somewhat similar to HackerRank's questions. The interviewer was kind and helpful and overall it was a good experience.
You solve an online question first that is pretty easy, then they will email you if you passed, Next one is over Zoom they ask a few questions about your resume, then give you the interview question. Pretty straight forward nothing crazy.
