Interview
Applied online through the applicant portal. Then I had to complete an online survey. Then I received a call from the HR the same day and set up an interview. Interview was 4 STAR based questions. The interview was quick, about an hour. I was scheduled to be interviewed by 3 people, but only 2 were available. I received another call from the HR later that day and was scheduled for a meet and greet with the general manager of the facility. That interview was informal and more of a conversation of what I can bring to Walmart and the facilities needs. About 3 days that i was called and offered the job.

The interview will be you with 3 members of management interviewing you. They will have you tell them about yourself, and work history. You’ll read over the job description and then begin to be asked 4-8 questions based on your assessment.

Interview
It'll be up to 3 managers, with each manager asking you series of questions with taking turns to answer them. The questions are pretty generic and its hard to show much about yourself with what is given.
Panel style, interview with facility senior leadership. They asked fairly generic questions, you could tell they were not really use to that style of interviewing since the majority of leadership that is hired, is promoted from within. There were not looking for the STAR method but that is how I answered most of my questions.
After the initial interview I came back for a final interview where they basically told me I got the job.
