Panel interview with behavioral based questions, there are typically 3 tiers to this process initially with other Area Managers/Operations Managers, then with Senior Operations Managers and finally with the GM and possibly the RVP

Tell me a time when safety was lacking in a particular area, what did you do to improve upon it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Douglas, GA) in May 2014
Interview
The hiring process was pretty fluid, started off with a phone interview with two operations managers, then I was called again for a second phone interview, I was then contacted via phone and offered the position. They then ran a background check and drug screening.

Interview
Multiple round interviews. Used Situation, Challenge, Action, Results method of interviewing. Be ready for about 10 questions challenging everything from holding individuals accountable, leadership traits, communication abilities and problem solving. Show progressive responsibilities and progressive leadership capabilities along with continued successes.
