Vodafone Webchat Advisor interview questions

The process to hiring is not good to say the least. You apply online for a role, you get invited to a "Careers Discovery Day", where you join a teams meeting with other candidates, and not just for this role, these candidates are there for different roles from different places.... You should talk "About yourself", you have 5 minutes to talk and say what role and location you would like to work at... its not even a personal interview to actually know you, or your skills, especially communication. You are being judged for 5 minutes or less of talking about yourself (Things like your career history, and some background)...
