Good experience overall. The assessment day consisted of 3 one-to-one "interviews", where the first one was a behavioural interview and the latter two was more so challenges related to improving some aspect of what Vodafone does.

Interview
Very quick to response initially, responded in less than a day when I applied. Only made it as far as the video interview, and not the assessment centre. They took about a month to reply after I did the video interview, and told me when the assessment centre would be when I hadnt been offered the job yet, very confusing!

2. Virtual interview - record yourself answering 5-6 questions
3. Games - complete 2 mini games, not difficult, a memory game and a shape matcher game
4. Assessment Centre - 2 tasks set with preparation time followed by an interview Q&A session and one 1:1 interview focused on competency based questions to get to know you, breaks are given in between.
