Vodafone Summer Internship Program interview questions

Very organised day, along with a welcoming atmosphere. Started the day with introductions meeting Vodafone employees and discussing the future of Vodafone. One-to-one interviews were very relaxed. This was then followed by Individual task were you had 10 minuted to create a marketing campaign based around one of Vodafones products. Finally, the group task was how Vodafone could navigate around a problem one of their products was having.

The process is fairly simple. At first, I uploaded my CV onto their website and I was informed I got to the next stage within 2 weeks or so. The next stage involved a few interview questions where I had to record my answers. This process is given through HireVue. I had about 30sec-1 min to prepare for each question before the recording started. All of the questions were standard behavioural questions that every company uses. After about 2 weeks time or so I was told I was successful and that I got an opportunity to move on to the Assessment Centre. This year it was held online due to COVID. I completed the Assessment Centre in April. The assessment consisted of a task we received 24 hours before where we had to use their technology to improve/create something in our world. We had to prepare a verbal presentation for the day of the interview, but a presentation deck was not required. I prepared one anyway, and I think they really appreciated that. The presentation took roughly 30min, and I was asked questions at the end about edge cases, target market, inhibiting factors etc. Apart from the presentation, I also had a short 30min interview where they asked me behavioural questions and assessed my understanding of the company. I suggest to anyone reaching the Assessment Centre to prepare a really good presentation and be ready to answer questions about it, as I found I didn't cover all possible edge cases in my answers. I found out about my success about 6 weeks later.
