Interview
A pattern test consisting of different levels which some of them are meaningless, a short personality-kinda test as I remember and a video interview of 6 questions that are classic interview questions that you must answer in English in 3 minutes each.

Why have you chosen to apply to Vodafone and what you will bring to the company?
The interview process was clear and straightforward. The first two stages involved online assessments: one was a pattern test, and the other was an English video interview. In the next stage, we were invited to the office, where we played a team-based game on PlayStation with four other candidates. Afterward, we were asked to give a presentation in English on a case study that was provided to us. Following that, the final stage consisted of an interview with the director. The process was transparent and went smoothly.

What was a crisis you encountered during the team project, and how did you handle it?
A series of questions were answered in a video interview format. Questions were not technical. They were questions to get to know me personally. No need to stress over it.

Can you tell us about a challenge you encountered in a situation that required teamwork and how you solved it?
They have a personality test, then a test where you have to choose which circles should be red based on the previous ones and then a video interview. I got eliminated so I don’t know further
