What do you advise customer if they say they cannot access specific website? How do you handle angry customers ? What do you know about the company?

what do you find the most difficult about the job and stuff, and how would you balance bitween using the pc or the system while dealing with customers complaints at the same time.

HR phone interviewed me then I had another interview with the manager. Then they let me know I got accepted and the hr called me to go and sign the contract
